When you register on our B2B platform, we collect business information, including: company name, NUIS/NIPT (taxpayer identification number), contact person name, email address, telephone number and business address. We also collect transaction data relating to quotations, orders and invoices processed through our platform.
Your information is used to: process and fulfil B2B orders, prepare quotations and invoices, provide customer support, communicate about product availability and pricing, comply with Albanian tax and commercial regulations, and improve our platform and services.
All data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. Access to personal and business data is restricted to authorised R&R Tech personnel only. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.
We do not sell or rent your business data to third parties. We may share information with: logistics partners for order fulfilment, payment service providers for processing transactions, and government authorities where required by Albanian law. All third-party partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.
