By accessing and using the R&R Tech B2B platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including B2B clients, visitors and registered account holders.
To access wholesale pricing and B2B services, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. R&R Tech reserves the right to approve, reject or suspend any account at its sole discretion.
R&R Tech provides wholesale IT equipment supply services exclusively to registered businesses. All quotations, prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Orders become binding once confirmed by R&R Tech through formal acceptance of the quotation. All transactions are carried out in accordance with Albanian commercial law.
All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in each quotation. Late payments may incur additional charges. R&R Tech reserves the right to suspend delivery until full payment has been received.
Products sold through R&R Tech are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as specified at the time of sale. Local warranty service is provided at our premises in Tirana for eligible enterprise products. Return requests must be submitted within 7 working days of delivery. To be accepted for return, products must be in their original condition and unopened.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics and software, is the property of R&R Tech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
R&R Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or of products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Tirana, Albania.
