We also collect transaction data related to quotations, orders, and invoices processed through our platform.
Your information is used to: process and fulfill B2B orders, generate quotations and invoices, provide customer support, communicate about product availability and pricing, comply with Albanian tax and commercial regulations, and improve our platform and services.
All data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. Access to personal and business data is restricted to authorized R&R Tech personnel only. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We do not sell or rent your business data to third parties. We may share information with: logistics partners for order fulfillment, payment processors for transaction completion, and government authorities when required by Albanian law. All third-party partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.
