By accessing and using the R&R Tech B2B platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including B2B clients, visitors, and registered account holders.
To access wholesale pricing and B2B services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. R&R Tech reserves the right to approve, decline, or suspend any account at its sole discretion.
R&R Tech provides wholesale IT hardware procurement services exclusively to registered businesses. All quotations, pricing, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are binding once confirmed by R&R Tech via official quotation acceptance. All transactions are conducted in accordance with Albanian commercial law.
All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified in individual quotations. Late payments may incur additional charges. R&R Tech reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.
Products sold through R&R Tech carry manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of sale. Local warranty service is available at our Tirana facility for eligible enterprise products. Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Products must be in original, unopened condition for return eligibility.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of R&R Tech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
R&R Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
